        You could drop by my house, I'll selflessly take this adventure with you to find a great recipe

        I've cooked up some dolphin real simple with lemon pepper. Just some oil in a hot pan.

        Keep it simple, those are amazing fish. Wahoo is a personal favorite.

          Beautiful! I only know pike, bass, walleye, bluegill, perch, salmon, trout, tuna and halibut.

            @Mr. Bones

            For some odd reason folks up here (near Huskee) have the impression that catfish are a trash fish. I dont understand it mind you but they do.

          I have used this recipe before, and the family liked it a lot. It's a good base to work from.

            Great Trip! The Wahoo I caught I did olive oil Salt pepper and a bit of garlic, lightly heated( it cooks real fast) in a cast iron skillet. The Captain Butterflied ours. It fed a lot of people. It was delicious fresh. Not so much after I froze it a couple months.

                Wow! Great catch! Don't have a recipe but I use cast iron skillets to cook most of my "frozen" fish. Hot oil/pan, salt/pepper, and whatever spice in cupboard. I don't get fancy.

                  Nice catch indeed! No important recommendations, just cook what you can quick.

                    I adore mahi mahi. But I've only ever had it in restaurants.

                      Thank you gentlemen.

                      I took some customers off shore out of Rudee Inlet, Va Beach.
                      We grill salmon, & tuna probably once a week. I also do cedar plank salmon.

                      I freezer packed all the fish, using a Food Saver yesterday morning. Even the fish I am cooking this evening. I gave some to one neighbor. Freezer packed his also.
