If I were you, I'd have to seriously think about some kind of stuffing with some lemon in it. Breadcrumbs, herbs, maybe a bit of crab? Then roasted in the cooker. Or maybe something like this if you have a suitable pan to put in the cooker: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...and-lemon.html
