    So these two Branzino walk into a bar....

    Just teasing...but I do have two whole Branzino that I'd like to grill up with just a touch of smoke...anyone have a great recipe idea?

    This is simple and interchangeable with different fish. just use two fish and grill your veggies/fish. This is a basic recipe that you can add and subtract from. its always a hit. You can use a disposable pan to help. i like lots of lemon and fennel.

      If I were you, I'd have to seriously think about some kind of stuffing with some lemon in it. Breadcrumbs, herbs, maybe a bit of crab? Then roasted in the cooker. Or maybe something like this if you have a suitable pan to put in the cooker: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...and-lemon.html
