It turns out there is a great fishmonger in Newark's Iron Bound section. It's on Ferry St, in the old Portuguese neighborhood. I didn't catch the name. But it's Old School and awesome. I just happened by and saw the octopus and thought I'd give it a go.
I had plenty of MH's chimichurri in the fridge from a steak dinner that we had last week and I didn't feel like making something new. Let me tell you something - chimichurri and octopus is a match made in heaven!! The picture is a little blurry, sorry.
