    Yellow fin tuna galore

    here we go. My lodge smoker went out so its my job to do these guys justice. Chunks of yellow fin caught yesterday.

                I consider myself pretty good with smoked salmon. I love tuna steaks. Never thought of smoking them. How would you compare the smoked tuna to smoked salmon? It certainly looks wonderbar!!
