Riffing on RonB ‘s idea, how about adding some minced pork and make shrimp and pork dumplings/potstickers.

I made a diced shrimp, not really minced, surf & turf omelet, also with steak & scallops, and I loved every bite of it. Sorry I can't help beyond that.

See? I’m not crazy! Eggs work with shellfish!

Shrimp toast comes to mind, if you are up for deep frying (though I have seen it done in a shallow fry and even air fryer

Steve B I don't have anything for you at the moment, but wanted to say I'm sorry for you that it happened. Those U12 shrimp are not cheap. I would have been more than a little disappointed. I regularly use 13-15 shrimp to make shrimp fra diavolo, but I buy the raw ones and cook them myself. I haven't had any real problems with toughness. Knock on wood!

It wasn’t too bad as the sale price per lb was $12.50 As long as I find a use for them I’m good with that.

Shrimp, pepperoni, and onion is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. 3 strong tastes that go great together.

That’s an interesting combination. Been making a lot of my own pizza lately. And happen to have pepperoni on hand. 🤔

Shrimp Scampi. Not diced but cooking per the recipe should make more tolerable. I do them over anglehair pasta.

A delicious shrimp scampi recipe to enjoy with your family. Can be served over pasta as well!
