So I gave this recipe a whirl last night and man was it good. The grilled shrimp with MH's sauce recipe were perfect and mixed well with some locally sourced cajun sausage that I had. I did have one addition to the recipe. I made a remoulade to go on the sandwich since that is my preference. I use mayo, mustard, garlic, lemon, cajun spice, hot sauce, and some sugar. I enjoyed it and more importantly, my better half gave it a thumbs up. Thanks for the great recipe.
