    Spice Jungle

Just got first order from this place. I'm going to try curing a brisket for corned beef on St. Pat's. The Canadian steak seasoning jumped at me. But what's a Canadian cut of beef to try it on? The Hickory should be tasty, too. I don't know why I got so much of the Prague powder #1 (5 lbs.). i may have placed the order after happy hour!

Montreal seasoning is good on almost anything, and it doesn’t even have to be steak. It is one of our favorites on pork too.

I've bought multiple spice products from this vendor, via amazon...never been disappointed.

Typically, th bulk stuff I tend to portion out, typically 1/2-1 lb., vac seal, an store away.

Some, I jus give away to friends, family, co workers, typically in lil 4 oz. baby food jars, as a sample... (I git my jars from epay, but yall might be, or know somebody with younger rugrats, an gitcha some free bottles/caps...
