    Blackened season

I'm looking for a blackened seasoning recipe for fish. Anyone have a recipe or tips on grilling fish?

I really enjoy this recipe. Went to a cooking class with a group of friends for a birthday dinner and this is what I use for my Cajun/blackening seasoning. Really good on catfish and in gumbo!

Great example of playing with a recipe to your taste, many blackening seasons are to salty I also adjust the salt and cut it down.
