Received my bottles of rub in the mail (thanks Henrik!). Set up the PK with a small amount of charcoal and a chunk of apple wood. (I hadn't done ribs on the PK since I'm such a fan of PBC ribs.) The PK worked great and I couldn't tell the difference from the PBC. I will definitely use the PK when only cooking for a few people. Now the rub - AWESOME! A little sweet with a little spice on the back end. Both the wife and I really like it. Can't wait to try the beef rub. Great job Henrik!

Is there ay place to get Henrik's Pork Rub? I can't find at Amazon or in the stores. I did find a website from Sweden, but I would like to use it for my Labor Day BBQ and I don't think it would get here in time
