I brought 8 jars of Duke's from Florida to Washington State when I moved a month ago. Hands down better than anything I can get up here.

Way better. I believe they use apple cider vinegar instead of regular vinegar like most mayos. Makes all the difference in the world.

You can get it at Target.com for $3.29 for a 32 oz jar and get free shipping over $35 so it isn't really any more expensive than anything else either. Or Webstaurantstore sells it by the gallon for $11.49 but shipping is pretty expensive there.

Doing a chuck with your beef rub right now, I'll let you know what we think. The taste test out of the jar was really good. Very rich and full flavored with a nice kick.

Good choice to go with a chuckie. It'll bark up real good.

i like using mayo as a binder for my rub on poultry and fish. It will also keep it from sticking to the grates.

We just had some cole slaw made with Dukes for the first time in my life. It was very good! When Henrik has more Pork Rub available in a couple weeks I will be ordering both kinds. CaptainMike I think we have the same Brown Santa!

I have some "Hanks pork rub and beef rub" that I'm willing to sell by the ounce. Who knew his commodity would be so scarce.

Glad you are just smoking a chuckie and not out fighting smoke in all those west coast fires. Just saw a satellite image showing the smoke plume has hit the coast of Portugal.
