    Crack Jelly

    After a visit to Hilton Head last week I was introduced to Crack Jelly. Wow some good stuff. Anybody ever use it for a glaze or something. Thinking of using it on salmon with a red wine reduction. Any thoughts thanks

        I picked up at the Piggly Wiggly. Lol it’s a raisen Jelly with a little bit of heat on the end. Best jelly jam I’ve ever had.

          Can't go wrong at place named Piggly Wiggly (is that like a dancin' pig?) but can't help ya on the cracked salmon.....try it!
