Spice Books
I am not the worlds best spice mixer but, I am interested in learning more. I have a spice book that talks about individual spices but not how they interface with each other.. I would be interested in hearing about your favorite book on Spices and why you like it. Yes I know there are great recipes out there for rubs, etc.Tags: None

Paul Kirk's Championship Barbecue Sauces: 175 Make Your Own Sauces, Marinades, Dry Rubs, Wet Rubs, Mops and Salsas.
This is a very informative book on spices, and everything else you might want to put on your Q. It teaches you how to make a basic rub and then how to add your own flair to it. What spices go well with others, etc.
