Ok, here's a question. Has anyone tried the cow crust on a pork cushion? They're about 2.5 # each. I work away from home all week and get home for the weekend. The deal is that what ever my wife pulls out of the freezer in the garage is what I make for supper on Sat. (I never know till I get home. Her choices get entertaining sometimes, to say the least). This weekend it's a couple Pork Tenderloin roast tips. (Looks like they just cut the picnic in half to me). I like the look of the cow crust but haven't made it yet. Any thoughts?

Decided to go into my library and find a rub I haven't used in a while. Left roast is rubbed w/ Southern Succer and the other w/ Chef Pauls "Chikky Rub". Figured, Hell, while I got everything out I might as well make a couple others. L-R..Southern Succer, Memphis Dust, Chikky and Simon & Garfunkle. Beers for me I got thirsty.
