Has anyone used the Central BBQ rib rub and Hot Rub. I was given a bottle of each today. I'll try any rub once, but just wanted to know a little about them.

Well, I have tried both of the rubs, The Rib Rub has some good flavor. I didn't use a salt brine on the ribs just went straight with the rib rub and let them sit for a couple of hours. The end results was ok, on the dry ribs. The sauced ribs had a real good stepped up flavor.
The Hot Rub was used 3 different time on Pork Chops. It's has a good flavor plus some heat from the crushed red peppers and then 2 coats of SBR at the end of the cook. It was just right.
