I’m considering using Heath Riles Apple rub on my next St. Louis rib cook, instead of Meat Church Holy Gospel.
Has anyone here used this rub? Any reviews or experiences? How might you think these rubs compare, other than the apple flavor?

You ever use Sweet Preacher? It has a little heat. I mixed 50/50 with THE BBQ RUB on 3 racks of SLC's this week. Didn't want it too hot for the ladies.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I’ve tried one of the fruit rubs, but I think it was the cherry or the peach, definitely not the apple. I don’t care for fruit flavors with my proteins, but others who tried it liked it a lot. I’m pretty sure it was also paired with the matching glaze or sauce.
