Well this is a pleasant surprise. HEB is starting to carry Meat Church products. My local HEB isn't carrying the whole line, but they do have Holy Cow, The Gospel, Honey Hog, Blanco, and Dia de la Fajita. (But alas, not Holy Voodoo!)
In fact, my HEB is running a special that if you buy a half-slab of pork belly, you can get Honey Hog, Blanco, or Dia de la Fajita free. (Of course, I have all of those, but the one I am out of is Holy Cow....but I guess that wouldn't be what you'd use on pork belly.)
Typically, I've had to buy them at Buc-ee's or Academy, and HEB's prices are about 5% cheaper. I'll take it.
Yes, I do also. Matt guarantees they are made up within one week of being shipped.
I'm wary of rubs that may have sit in a warehouse for who knows how long, or were shipped around the country a time or two, then sit on the retailers shelf for a long time.
I'm peeved at Kosmos Q , who had a store here in OKC and I felt like I could buy fresh rub there, but he closed it. And now I either have to pay shipping to get it sent across town, or buy from Ace or Walmart.
One of my "local" Ace Hardware stores sells Meat Church products, but I haven't seen them at my local Wally World. I also got Meat Mitch Womp Sauce, which Matt raves about, at Ace. I haven't tried it yet.

I've tried most of the Meat Church rubs. The only one I didn't care for is the Fajita seasoning. It was just too salty for me.
I don't believe I have tried the Blanco. Will have to check it out. Pretty sure I've seen MC products at Lowes.
My favorite Meat Church rub, hands down, is Holy Cow. It is perfect on all things beef (and pork chops, even!). It's SPG, pepper-forward, with some paprika oil for color. I won't use anything else on briskets or chuck roasts. Holy Voodoo is my favorite chicken rub, especially on wings. Matt markets it as a cajun rub, but it really doesn't taste cajun to me at all. It's its own thing.
Those are the two I buy and use most frequently.
I'll pick up some Gospel from time to time. It's an excellent "southwest-oriented" AP seasoning, but at nearly $10 a bottle, expensive to go through.
I haven't tried Blanco as several have commented that it is a very similar to Bolner's Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning. (They are both dehydrated-butter-based, and Uncle Chris is $3 a bottle.)
I agree with Finster, I didn't really care for Dia de la Fajita. It's not bad....and I'll still use my remaining bottle on something quick for lunch, but to me it just doesn't taste like a fajita seasoning at all. And it is very salty; it's also very fine grain.
I shy away from sweet rubs generally, but I have tried Honey Hog, which was good. In fact, I actually used it on a ham sandwich this morning.
