The lime is divine on some fresh made chips, never tried the other 2.... BUT I suspect the mango would make some killer pork chops instead of doing lemon pepper chops and all 3 would probably make some great chicken taco meat.
Not tajin flavor at all

Grills:
Weber 22" Kettle Premium w/Slow N' Sear 2.0
Pit Barrel Cooker
Grilla Grills Chimp
W.C. Bradley & Co. Char Kettle CK-115 ~1980s Vintage Grill (inactive)
I could probably go for the lime or orange pepper.
I've actually started to make my own "lemon" pepper. I've never found commercial lemon pepper seasonings to be lemony enough. I now mix some fresh ground black pepper with some citric acid and it is lemony.
(You generally can find citric acid near the canning supplies. The brand I use is actually made by Ball.)

Carolyn I think it is. It’s not yellow (citric acid powder is white), but this has never mattered to me, especially if sauced in something else.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I bought that same brand of Lemon Pepper, and it seems to be one of the better lemon pepper mixes I've ever found. I saw but did not try the other flavors. I like lemon pepper on fish and a few other items.
