I've often thought I would try Mo Cason rubs as I see them in the stores everywhere. I just keep sticking with those rubs my wife and I like (not the same btw).
Today I saw that Mo came in 8th in Pork Shoulder at Memphis in May so I figure he's making something good.
Comments on your experience with his rubs would be appreciated.
Clark It really is good stuff, his pork and chicken rubs are great. One more hint for your steaks….UNCLE CHRIS GOURMET STEAK SEASONING! I’ve always been a fan of just salt and pepper for my steaks, but this stuff really elevates the steak flavor without masking it.
