Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
In putting a gift package together for our S.I.L. who loves heat. We added a couple bottles of FlatIron and this. I know the FlatIron will be absorbed into his body in no time. He also has favored the Chelsea Hot Sauce. We picked up a couple of bottles for him. However, you guessed it, 1 bottle for me. I've never had it. It's a Massachusetts company out of Saugus. Has anyone tried this and any opinions?
