Does anyone know if the Meathead’s Red Meat Rub and Smoked Pork rub are still in production or are the various places I see them for sale — often with seemingly steep markups — are selling 2 year old stock?
I bought my original set from SnS Grills, but they no longer have them available. Most places have one or two but the full sets (beef, pork, poultry) are out of stock, this my suspicion about old stock.
My extended family loved them at Christmas 2022, so we were hoping to have easy gifts again this year.

Made a visit to Barbecue Supply Company in Greendale, WI. They had Meathead's Pork and Meathead's Beef Seasonings. I asked about the Poultry seasoning and the man said that it has been discontinued. I looked on this site just now and it shows up as Unavailable. Are there just the two seasonings now? Did I miss some announcement?
We are bummed to say that we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our line of rubs and sauces. Our customers think they are great products but we just don’t have the ability to market them properly in a crowded marketplace.

I stopped at my local bbq supply store yesterday. He had been stocking the line of Meatheads rubs since they came out. I was there for something else but I scored his last two bottles!! And fortunately they were both the Red Meat Rub. My favorite and go to for my beef plate ribs. Sometimes you just get lucky.
