Anyone familiar with a Seattle based store and this sauce? I saw a video of this chicken with this. It looks like a fair price so any opinions

I guess it is safe to say, no one has an opinion on this? From online reviews non negative to be found. So, I'm going to give it a whirl. They say due to high demand a 2 to 3 week lead time. That could be demand or they do it in small batch. For $16 for 2 bottles and free shipping, why not.

Kenji, who now lives in Seattle recently went to a Toshi's for lunch and Said it wasn't what it used to be. Don't know if that has anything to do with their sauce, though.

Life long seattleite here. Toshis was the original teriyaki.
most other restaurants try to imitate but never get close.
I think it's more about the chicken thighs well cooked (black) chopped, sauced, and on a pile of steamed rice.
If you don't get a piece of charcoaled chicken stuck in your teeth it's not Toshis
PS. I'm buying the sauce!
