I did breakfast tacos with it again this morning. Incredibly good. This may dethrone Meat Church's Holy Cow as my favorite scrambled egg seasoning. I love Holy Cow on eggs (it's not just for brisket!), but it is very bold. Tajín isn't quite as in-your-face.
It also works great on avocados, bananas, and watermelon (as 02ZBE06 suggested above). A little goes a long way but I love the flavor combinations.
It does indeed work well on avocados. The chile gives the avocado nice flavor and the acidic lime balances well with the creaminess. The salt component just makes the entire thing tasty.
I never liked just straight avocado, but this with a little Tajín on it is quite good!
