    I just picked up some of the Kinders The .Blend on Friday. Used it yesterday and this morning. Its really good.

      Well shucks. I just picked up a couple prime briskets at Costco today. This sounds like a nice pairing. Luckily the Costco is only 10 minutes away so I'll have to pick this up. Might lead to another meat purchase too. 😂

        I've settled into Meat Church's Holy Cow for all things beef. I love it. Very Texas-forward (i.e. pepper). For pork butt, I really like Killer Hogs' The Hot Rub.

        I'm still trying to find a good go-to chicken rub. I plan to try Meat Church's Holy Voodoo on wings this weekend. Also picked up Meat Church's Gospel and am eager to try it out as an all-purpose. I like Killer Hogs' AP, but am looking for something with just a bit more.

        One rub I wish was more affordable/attainable is Pit Barrel Cooker's AP rub. Amazing on chicken.

          Check out Payne County Rust, Payne County Bird, and Grilla Grills Cluck U rubs for chicken. 3 of my faves now that oak ridge secret weapon isnt sold anymore.

              It’s the larger size of the garlic granules that makes Kinders delightful to me. The blend pops with all three flavors equally in a chunky way. I use it as a finishing rub or at the table so it doesn’t burn on the kettle.

                I just used this rub on some plate beef ribs and my sister gave me a wonderful compliment and said it was the best meal she has ever had! Thanks for the suggestion
