@pkdare That is correct. It is meant for converting corned beef to pastrami. But it works well on duck, goose, and salmon. It is not a cure.

We live in a marketing world where the more words you have the worse it is. Old school types tend to over name everything. I'd say keep it as short as possible. The name doesn't even need to make sense. Just be catchy and people will pick it up in the store. I said that to say name it "Not ya Mommies Pastrami Rub" LOL
