i am going to be smoking some chickens for Mother's Day and my lady would like me to make some smoked potatoe chips. Not sure if that is a thing or if anyone's has done this before. I would love some advice and or recipes or this. Thanks in advance.

Give it a shot I'd say. My guess is that you can't keep them on real long or they might burn, since they are already cooked. Other than that, another thing you could do is skip the smoker and dust them with smoked paprika. Paprika chips are very popular in Germany, but you can't find them in these parts, and we have a lot of folks of German heritage. I buy some online now and then.
