Waffles from Meatheads Mashed potatoes

So the garlic mashed potatoes are always a huge hit when I make them. I use fresh thyme and fresh rosemary. I had so many left over from last night that I threw them on the Belgian waffle maker for breakfast and they were even better. All I did was oil the waffle iron and throw on a ball of potatoes.

Yum! What a great idea. My wife will mash & fry leftover mashed potatoes into little 'hash browns' I call them, but we've never done the waffle thing.

That is cool. We got so much stinkin' food over here and I have been cooking ALL week. Might consume more leftovers than anything in the coming days.
