Using your rice cooker, it doesn't get much easier than this.
(1) quart chicken stock
(2) cups (16oz) long grain rice
(1) packet Goya brand Sazon seasoning mix (Walmart sells this in the Hispanic food section)
(1) tablespoon Tone's brand Garlic Sriracha seasoning
When the rice is done, I take it out of the cooker and use a bowl to separate all the grains so it doesn't clump together. This freezes real well. Feel free to use diced jalapenos or anything else that might tickle your fancy.
