    My Cowboy Caviar Salsa

    Ingredients
1 can, 14 ounces, black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 cups frozen corn kernels
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons hot sauce, just eyeball the amount
    1 lime, juiced
2 -4 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil, eyeball it
    Salt and pepper to taste

Optional for Heat (this makes a really hot batch)
2 TBS of Sliced Jalapenos chopped (seed them if you want)
3 Serrano Peppers chopped (seed them if you want)
2 Habanero Peppers(small ones) chopped (seed them if you want)

Mix it all up and let it marinate for a while... even over night is good.

    Here is a crappy pic...
