FWIW, my wife is an avid gardener who also suffers from an inability to consume hot peppery stuff although she LOVES it. Over the years, she has tried multiple hybrid peppers. Willy is spot on. Some companies sell seeds as well. Imagine jalapeno flavor without the heat - it is a growing season away.
