David - 58limited - was kind enough to give me a bottle of his hot sauce. Man, I was blown away. I have a lot of hot sauces - it is only second to my bean obsession - and this is an instant favorite. And I swear David didn’t pay me to say this. I am not good with flavor descriptions - the whole fruit undertones, caramel note stuff. All I can say is that it has the right amount of heat for me and even better a great flavor behind the heat. Thanks for sharing with me David, and whenever you go commercial, count me as a regular customer. Oh yeah, the packaging is excellent as well.
