    Beurre Monte a French Thing

    This is new to me. 8 minutes and a bit geeky. If you can get through that or some might like, the end result is what matters. I do melt butter at times for pouring over a potato for example. I'm certainly going to do this. Simple is an understatement.

        I made this tonight. Dinner was smash burger and 1st ear of corn this season. I used on said corn. It coated the entire ear very visible unlike melted butter. It's a creamy texture and of course tastes like butter. Looking forward for apply on a potato and shelled seafood. I can see made with garlic on mussels or any shelled fish. Highly recommended.

          Oh yeah! Beurre Monté is a great thing to have in your culinary toolbox.

          Depending on what I’m doing, I’ll use it immediately or I’ll put it into my iSi Gourmet Whip and set it into a water bath to keep it at temp until I need it.
