    Lessons learned: parboil the rice. Otherwise, a complete success. Really enjoyed it.

        I've never done it before. But I wanted to try, and besides, I hate using the oven in the summer. How were yours?

        I used some leftover cabbage hot dish with rice, tomato sauce, and hamburger. Then added leftover rib meat and that helped make them taste good too.I boiled the peppers for 5 minutes and then put them in ice water before stuffing and cooking on the pellet grill at 225 for an hour and a half.

      Wereally enjoy stuffed peppers at my house, try mixing it up and use a poblano, and wrap it in bacon.... woohooo
