My wife made something like that a couple years ago and I think we od'd on poppy seeds so much I cringed when I saw the picture of those little devils on that bread.
Dr ROK brioche used be in all the bakeries in New Orleans where I grew up. Now the only way you can find it is in King Cake with piles of sugar on it. My wife and I would like to begin making some. Do you bake it in your cooker or the oven. At what temp? If your cooker what kind do you use?
