      So, since I am up to my ears in steelhead filets, at 4.99/lb, may I uggest some sort of fish recipe for next go-round?

      Thanks to SheilaAnn for finding post for me. Here is my dish for the team cook.

      It turned out really good. I didn’t add the cayenne to keep it a little less spicy. But rest is pretty close. Both of us thought it had great flavor. Served with pull-apart garlic bread.​

        We were traveling then got busy. I'm not much on food photography or presentation, but here ya go. This dish turned out great and everyone agreed it was a keeper. Thanks SheilaAnn for organizing this and Panhead John for the recipe suggestion.

          Not set in stone but I was talking with SheilaAnn via PM the other day and she hinted at Hot Pockets or something similar. Two choices for preparation method: frozen in the middle or third degree burn lava hot in the middle.
