Tried out some lamb, on the Weber, for the first time. Rack of lamb and lamb chops, rubbed with some SPG, put it on the grill, and gave it a light sear at the end. It was some good stuff.
My wife saw a hint of pink in a ribeye I grilled yesterday, could of sworn that gave the steak the ability to eat EVERYONE in the house. I ain't wasting any lamb anytime soon.
