First Lamb Cook

Tried out some lamb, on the Weber, for the first time. Rack of lamb and lamb chops, rubbed with some SPG, put it on the grill, and gave it a light sear at the end. It was some good stuff.

That looks fantastic! I love grilled lamb but my wife and kids despise lamb. So, I've only cooked it once for a big party.

My wife saw a hint of pink in a ribeye I grilled yesterday, could of sworn that gave the steak the ability to eat EVERYONE in the house. I ain't wasting any lamb anytime soon.
