    Sheep Dip Marinade

    I've never been a big fan of lamb, but after reading MH's comments on his Sheep Dip Marinade I decided to give it a try. Never cooked lamb before. Following his instructions the results were (what else) fantastic! Paired the meal with Simon and Garfunkle rub on asparagus and roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary. What a meal!!

    I'm making a boneless leg of lamb tomorrow. I'm rubbing with Dolly Paste/Rub and smoking with whiskey barrel oak to 145 or 150 IT (I like my lamb cooked quite a bit more than I do my beef). I like your idea to do rosemary and garlic pan roasted potatoes and was planning to do the same but my honey had throat-area surgery yesterday and can't swallow solid food. She asked me to make mashed so she can have something to eat and I can't deny her.
