    I was discussing the cuts of lamb available with the butcher last night. Trying to give myself a pep talk about giving it a go. It looks incredible

      I've hung in the PBC and done numerous on the kettle. Love our lamb!
      If you get boneless try to tie it up evenly, like a log, if you know what I mean. Cooks more evenly this way.

    That is a great looking plate of food Henrik! I love lamb, but unfortunately I am the only one in my family who will eat it.

      I'm in the exact same situation. I love lamb but nobody else in my family does so I almost never cook it.

    Looks outstanding. Makes me wish I’d done lamb today instead of ribs! Will need to try your recipe.

      Just had a lamb that was raised by a friend butchered so I'm excited to try my hand at smoking it. I've grilled lamb before and loved it. We eat it with mint jelly. Thanks for the post!
