Smoked at 250 until 125, then put on the sear box for 1 minute a side rotating 45 degrees after 30 seconds. I used Competion Blend pellets by Camp Chef since I’m trying to use them up. I seasoned the lamb with 2 rubs from Loot N Booty. 1. Everything Rub. 2. What’s Your Beef rub.
My wife bought the lamb at Sprouts for $19/lb. This was my first time cooking lamb but it turned very tasty.

The first time I looked at your post the pics didn't load. So I figured I would try again. I now see the pics and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! Those little puppies look delicious. Great job.
Thanks everyone. That’s my first time cooking lamb. When I opened the package it smelled terrible. I rinsed off the meat, patted it dry, and applied the rubs. This was the 1st time I had used the sear box also. Barbecue is so much fun when everything goes as planned.
