A local grocery store had fresh lamb kielbasa. I smoked it with hickory and pecan for 1.5 hours. While that smoked, I made cabbage and noodles. Started by caramelizing a sliced onion in butter. Then I sliced a head of cabbage and added that to the onions. Sautéed for about 45 minutes. I mixed the cabbage and onions to some boiled egg noodles. There was plenty of butter from the sauté. Then mixed in the sliced kielbasa. I had two platefuls.
