Lamb chops

i cooked some lamb chops yesterday, I used Meatheads sheep dip and they were very good. I cooked them on the Napelon gas grill at warp 10 with the lid up, it was dark when I started cooking and we were pleased with the results. I tried to cook until 130F.

My neighbour picked them up at the local market, I will ask her or I will ask Harry the butcher next time I am in the store. I trimmed them down to this size. My neighbour lets me do the smoking/cooking and she is always pleased with the results.
