Where Can I Get Lamb Shoulder Online?

I want to do a pulled Lamb shoulder for Easter. Any recommendations on where to order that?

Buy lamb shoulder. Bone-in, Australian, 100% grass-fed lamb shoulder is perfect for braised lamb shoulder or roasted lamb shoulder. No antibiotics or hormones.

Definitely not the quality of D’Artangnan but my Costco sells lamb shoulders.

Well, I just pulled the trigger on the D'Artangnan or I would make the trek to Costco. Thanks, buddy.

I am frankly surprised that Florida, which seems to harbor half of Cuba and a good chunk of Central America, does not have local sources. Around here, in the county, goats grow in the yard, are eaten on Sunday, The cockfights, however, are much more discrete.

The Hispanic population in Florida is about 4% as of 2020 census. Not sure what Cuba, Central America, or cock fights have to do with it. That being said, there are local sources for goat in most large cities. The characterization that it is somehow a Latino
culture thing, because we are in Florida, seems strange to me.

For example, there are more Greeks eating lamb in Tarpon Springs, FL than Cubans. 🤣

I buy the domestic boneless lamb shoulder from D’Artagnan several times a year. It is fantastic. I have had success with this recipe: https://americanlamb.com/recipes/smoked-lamb-shoulder/

I can’t tell you where to get it, but I love it cooked low and slow like a Boston Butt. It is just a little too pricey where I live, so I rarely cook it.

I was going to suggest the lamb shoulder store myself but .com may have been more convenient 🤔
