Made it on the 19th. Took Meathead lead and waited. Just tried it. Did I say WoW! The heat and the sweet. Making thighs tomorrow. Going to use the Creole Rub which I made last week. Will enjoy these with the chicken. Thanks once again Meathead thank you for the education and expansion of what I can do.
