    Rice and Shiracha

This certainly could be old news but for me breaking news. I had the shrimp and sausage I posted on skewers the other day. I had with brown rice. I added Shiracha Sauce to the rice. A nice add. Never mind the shrimp and sausage. Just a great add. A side with whatever.

Rice, salt, pepper, butter, hot sauce. I could shovel that stuff down my maw until it’s all gone.

Oh I know what you mean. My son introduced me to Sriracha years ago and I fell in love.

I've bought every brand of sriracha out there, and keep coming back to Tabasco brand Sriracha as being the best in the flavor category. Some of them pack a lot of heat without much flavor, but Tabasco nailed it with theirs. It's all I buy anymore. I use that s@#% on everything! No more Huy Fong (?) rooster brand for me...

Well you just put the tobasco brand on my radar. I don't think of myself as a Sriracha fanboy but it really is a good and versatile hot sauce

Thanks jfmorris did not know Tobasco had that. Always stock their hot sauces, I'll look for it next time.

I would always comment to my kids when I put sriracha on anything or eat it straight. It's so hot, it's sweet.

I'll have to try it at some point. Many of the Melinda's sauces are pretty dang hot in my past experience, and while I am all about heat, it has to come with flavor too.

+1 on Tabasco Sriracha. I'm on my 4th bottle. I tried it at the Tabasco tour during the first Cajun MeatUp and I been a fan ever since.

I am just sad that my local stores rarely stock the large 20oz bottle of Tabasco Sriracha, and I have to settle for the small 11oz size. According to their website it also comes in 64oz, haha.

This is one of the only Tabasco sauces I know of that says to refrigerate after opening, so I am probably better off without a half gallon jug of it!

I have tried a few and I think Tabasco is the best one. I got rid of my Huy Fong, one because the taste isn't the same as it used to be and two, apparently the guy who owns it is a giant d-bag.
