    Mezzatta Fresno Chili Peppers

I know I posted this recently on a cook. I did another this evening but not going to post another 8oz. stuffed feta burger. It is a favorite of mine. Killer Hogs Rub in a cast iron skillet. Today I added the previously mentioned peppers. Man, they're freaking awesome. The added heat and taste. This weekend, omelette. Get it.
2nd picture is the 1st use for the previously posted cook.

Mezzetta is a family owned food company here in California and they have a great line of quality products. Tonight I made a red meat sauce using their jarred marinara instead of tomatoes. I didn't need to do anything else to it but eat it. As I was tasting it I was thinking to myself that this is a legit sauce made by and quality controlled by a legit Italian family. Great shout out for a great company, Richie!

I need to look for that. I like to keep a couple jars on hand for quick meals.

Jeff also markets under the label pictured. The pepperocini is fantastic.

I also really like the Mezzetta brand. I also like their marinara sauces. I'm sure Rao's is better, but I am not paying $8 a jar for marinara.

About the only product of theirs I don't care for is their pickled red onions; they are just too sweet for my taste.

Their jalapeño stuffed olives are very good! Whether you’re racing up a martini or making a vegie tray they won’t disappoint.

Their pimento stuffed Spanish Queen olives are my go-to for a martini.

Picking some up today. I’ve bought the brand before, but never heard of those peppers, but pretty sure I’m gonna like em! Thanks Richie, I’ll report my findings here tonight…..🥸

Bought some of their jalapeños yesterday, as we were out! They have a great lineup of goods!

Pretty good peppers Richie! I wonder how they would taste whole instead of sliced. I did like em though.

It looks like you had them standalone. IMO that's not the way to consume. They're an enhancement to other foods. Like I did with the stuffed burger and cheese burger. I really want to do in an omelette. Onion, ham steak cheese and the pepper. I'll see what tomorrow brings. I planning on beef short ribs on the Kettle. And it's Sunday football. Most likely later this coming week. I'm glad you liked them.
