Made a small batch of pepper relish with ingredients harvested from the garden. I have probably about a pint left over after using it to top tonight's hot dogs. Not enough to bother canning it.
ingredients are italian frying peppers, onion, fresh tomatoes, chopped garlic, salt & pepper.
how long will this keep in the fridge?
Anything I can add that would extend it's shelf life?
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Otherwise, I’d add some lime juice and cilantro, and you got salsa, which you can eat with chips tomorrow and you won’t have to worry about how long it will last. (But that will keep about a week.)
