    Who loves Chinese Wings???

Don’t know about you guys and gals but I love Chinese Wings. There’s just something about the flavor profile. What exactly it is I couldn’t tell you.

So I came across this recipe and tried it.

    https://thewoksoflife.com/fried-chic...ontainer-30059

All I can say is WOW. I followed the recipe to the letter and these were incredible.
The only thing I would do differently is to cook them a minute or two longer.

    Now a couple of pics.

It’s hard to tell if those wings are Chinese. I’ll take your word for it.

I could have sworn those were Mongolian wings. Either way they do look delicious!

Chinese Wings??? Looks like chicken wings to me. I love em, but for some unknown reason, my wife does not like bones in her meat. No pun intended.
