Used my spitjack to inject some butter broth with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder mixed in. I’m only 11 days post op on my bariatric procedure so I can’t partake, but these turkeys are gonna be pretty good I think.

The beauty of a long cook is that it takes some of the edge off of wanting to eat. That food looks delicious.

Very nice and hope your recovery is going well. My brother had bariatric surgery years ago and it really improved his quality of life.
