ID:	572603 Couldnt find a turkey for a church potluck (mine is expected/requested) so got a couple 8# breasts. Thawed, rubbed with Meatheads Memphis Dust last night, refrigerated uncovered, this morning injected with melted butter, 325 indirect till 160 IT (about 2 hours). Wrapped, faux cambro, serve about noon.

        Love fresh smoked turkey breast. I usually brine overnight before smoking. Yours look awesome!
