    Thai chicken

    Probably the chicken I have ever eaten. Getting the hang if this BBQ business! The dipping sauce is also well worth making.

      That marinade is almost identical to the Filipino Inasol one we’ve been using. Good lookin’ bird, nice color !!!

                        I wouldn't be pulling a chicken at the temperature they recommend.

                        "Cover and cook until skin is crisp and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast registers 145 to 150°F"
