Has anyone any experience of reverse, cold grate, searing duck breast with SnS? Approximate timings/temps etc. Had a look on here but can't see anything but might not be able to see the wood for the trees! ABCBBQ Dave, can you help?

I've done reverse sear duck breasts, but not the cold grate technique. Duck breasts aren't that thick, so it doesn't take long. 30-40 minutes. When you sear, make sure it's no more than 30-60 seconds. You don't want to overshoot the temp.
